Denmark ratifies the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities of the UPC

Denmark has deposited its instrument of ratification of the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities (PPI) of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) on April 28. Denmark will have a local division in Copenhagen and the PPI will ensure that the Court can properly exercise its official acitivities.

Countries with a division that not yet have ratified the PPI are Austria (local division: Vienna) and Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (forming together with Sweden the Nordic-Baltic regional division).
