Court Holidays
The Unified Patent Court provides at least a total of Eight weeks judicial vacation. During this time, the Court continues to operate [Art. 1 (2)]. Official holidays may vary depending on the court location.

The observance of statutory public holidays as official holidays depends on the court location. [Art. 2]
Article 1: Judicial Vacations
(1) The court holidays [...] shall last
- 6 weeks in summer of each year, beginning on the Monday of the 29th calendar week of each year and ending on the Friday of the 34th calendar week and
- at least 2 weeks in winter of each year, beginning on the Monday of the 52nd calendar week and ending on the Friday of the 1st calendar week.
