HOFFMANN EITLE announces newest members of the partnership and associate partners

As of January 2026, HOFFMANN EITLE is pleased to welcome Thomas Gniadek and Bianca-Lucia Vos as new partners under the German Partnership Act (PartGG).

Thomas Gniadek is an experienced German Attorney‑at‑Law and patent litigator, focusing on complex patent disputes in high‑tech sectors including digital technologies, telecommunications, and medical devices. His appointment strengthens the firm’s litigation capabilities in Germany and before the Unified Patent Court. 

Bianca-Lucia Vos is a recognized specialist in patent prosecution of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs). She advises clients on SPC strategy, coordinates international filings, and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s expertise in complex patent and SPC matters.

In addition, Felix Briza, Kaspar Feldmeier, Chloe Holloway, and Christopher Schoene have been promoted to Associate Partners. Each has demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise, and leadership in their respective areas, consistently contributing to the success of the firm and the advancement of its clients’ interests.
